When you send a trip request, Blue Moose saves your name, email, optional phone number, trip dates, guest count, message, and request status to review the trip and contact you about it.

Requests and booking records are stored in the website’s hosted database. The owner’s booking desk requires sign-in. Calendar links shared with RVezy contain unavailable dates and reservation identifiers, without guest names, emails, phone numbers, or messages.

Your private request-status link shows trip dates and booking status. Keep it private. The website does not take payments or confirm a rental automatically.

To reduce spam, the website temporarily stores hashed request-rate identifiers. It does not use advertising trackers. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the network information needed to deliver them.

Contact Blue Moose using the contact link shown with your request to ask about your information or request deletion. Booking records may need to be retained to manage an active rental or meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.
